Many people are unaware of the effects that food has on overall health and weight gain. If your body is accumulating excess fat there is a reason for it. If you want to remove that excess fat you need to do the opposite of what caused your body to accumulate it in the first place.
The problem is, you don’t know what caused your body to gain excess fat in the first place and you could literally spend years (as I have) learning about health, nutrition, assimilation, food reactions, hormones and so many other topics that would make your head spin to find out what diet is “perfect” for you because you will NEVER find the perfect diet in a book.
A perfect diet is unique to your individuality, your gut, your genes, your hormones and multiple other factors. You could literally spend thousands upon thousands of dollars to scientifically find the “perfect” diet for you so that search will always come up empty if you are what I call “diet hopping” from one diet to the next.
